This requires festival, but festival is not in contibs, though it is
currently in PLF for some reason:

<PLF mirror>/plf/9.0/./i586/festival-1.4.2-3plf.i586.rpm

AFAIK, only one voice is not free enough to be in, festival itself is
AFAIK more or less BSD, and british and american voices are public domain.

Can festival go into contribs? Otherwise this package should go to PLF.

And if festival is going to be in, can gpsdrive be built with festival
support (if that is necessary).

Regards,
Buchan
