This requires festival, but festival is not in contibs, though it is currently in PLF for some reason: <PLF mirror>/plf/9.0/./i586/festival-1.4.2-3plf.i586.rpm AFAIK, only one voice is not free enough to be in, festival itself is AFAIK more or less BSD, and british and american voices are public domain. Can festival go into contribs? Otherwise this package should go to PLF. And if festival is going to be in, can gpsdrive be built with festival support (if that is necessary).
