Feww hours ago, I downloaded the new ATI drivers form therir web site.
The web page says , it supports Mandrake 9.0.
Well, there is two RPMs : one for Xfree 4.0.1 one for 4.2.0.
As i know, in MDK 9.0 there is 4.2.1 . BTW, the Check.sh script -which
is on ATI's site too- says,
"Checking which OS you're running...
uname reports 'Linux' version '2.4.19-19mdk', architecture 'i686'.
Object format is 'ELF'.
libc version is '6.2'.
XFree86 Version 4.2.1 is installed.
Binary package name is 'fglrx-glibc22.tgz'

At present drivers releases may only work for
version 4.0.2 trough 4.2.0 of XFree86. Stopping now."
Is there anybody, who has success with this driver on Mandrake (Cooker)
with Ati Radeon 9000pro?
What could I do ?
