Even though the modem is detected as TOPIC SEMICONDUTOR, the modem does not
work on install. Getting the modem to work is as simple as
setserial /devtts/0 uart 16550A irq 11 port 0xd400
Can this be used to make the the modem work from install as a true Plug and
Play?
