When you perform an action in a query window, instead of displaying that action
in the query window in which it occurred, it opens a new window and displays the
action in that.
The version in question was on Mandrake Linux 9.0 Cooker and was installed from
an rpm via urpmi. (xchat-1.8.10-1mdk)
