Here is an example, running 'rpm -bi --short-circuit samba3.spec' after changing
the entry in %doc for README.samba3-mandrake-rpm to
README.samba3-mandrake-rpm-FIXME. You will notice that it rpmb continues on,
missing all the docs that followed after README.samba3-mandrake-rpm-FIXME in the
%doc section.
rpm should exit with an error, instead of silently building RPMs with missing
docs. There could be many packages with missing docs due to this, samba packages
have been put into cooker with missing docs due to this, but luckily it was
noticed, and now checks are made every time the RPM is built ...
