1. run rpmdrake (from command line if that matters)
2. search for scilab ==> mdk 9.0 should return scilab-2.6-3mdk
3. checkmark it
4. click install
==> A popup appears saying "Everything already installed (is this supposed to
happen at all?)."
Scilab is not installed prior to nor after this.
