In order to build a kernel module, you need to have the current kernel 
headers, which are currently included in kernel-sources package. As it is a 
large package (33 Mo), splitting it in kernel-headers and kernel-sources, the 
last requiring the first, would make things easier.

And the current kernel-headers should really have its name changed to 
glibc-kernel-headers to avoid confusion.
