Um, does Moz 1.2 compile for GTK2 by default? I don't believe so. I think it still compiles for GTK1.2 by default, and I expect Galeon will bring out 1.2.7 when Moz 1.2 comes out for real. So I don't think Moz 1.2 forces you to use Galeon 1.3.0. GTK2 is still pretty experimental in Moz in particular, though I believe Frederic is going to compile 1.2 for GTK2 and move Galeon to 1.3.0.
