You must have misread my post - I am not arguing that Mandrake should put the RPM in contrib. I'm only saying that I think that Mandrake employees should be a little more respectful when saying "no". Ben Reser has contributed way too much to Mandrake to have his work dismissed as a "stupid thing" or to be told "no - end of discussion". How many contributors will continue to be contributors if they start expecting rude responses to their offers as the norm? -- Murray J.
