I upgraded urpmi and gurpmi to the latest and then ran urpmi.update-d -c -f -a && urpmi --auto-install --auto All ran well and it is behaving like it normally should. Also, Carroll is back up and fixed so I can now urpmi from it now. I should wait until it has finished downloading all the packages before making my claim but I am confident that if it made it to this point, it is good to go.
