Hi

I had simular problems with a new server with Mylex Acceleraid 170.
Installed OK, but refuset to boot. The soulution to this was to use the
original devfsd and initscripts that was shipped with MDK 9.0 and not apply
the update during the installation for this two compontents. The update
seems to introduce the error on this configuration.
