No, you need the modutils from kernel.org, they replace the "old" modutils,
which get renamed to foo.old
I used the src.rpm from there, and it works ok for me.

If the 2.6 kernel gets released after Mandrake 9.1, would there be much point
in using this newer modutils? I assume it would, because people might want to
upgrade to a 2.6 kernel by hand on a 9.1 system.
