I don't know if it is related to the same problem but with kernel 2.4.20-1mdk my
Mandrake Linux system will not boot. It hangs up after hdd probe. hde is an UDMA
66 hard disk.
With kernel 2.4.19-16mdk there is no boot problem.
However kernel 2.4.20-1mdk will boot if I remove hde drive.
