Not sure to follow you here. There is auto-loading of syntax, indent and 
filetype plugin in vim when opening a file.
My point is that original /usr/share/vim/ftplugin/spec.vim spec ftplugin 
plainly sucks, and mine is better, so why don't just replace it ?
