The /etc/X11/app-defaults/XScreenSaver file is patched not to list
xmatrix. But the --with xmatrix option doesn't remove that patch.
There are however useful patches in that patch set. But despair not,
there is another patch that doesn't show screensavers that are not
available, so that patch is not necessary anymore.
So... replace the xscreensaver-4.00-list.patch with the
xscreensaver-4.06-list.patch that I'll be attaching.
