Apparently it only does this while double clicking a .php file in the tree 
view, using the menu and choosing to open a file will allow me to open .php 
files ok.

Drag and drop from Konq to Quanta seems to do nothing as well - used to be 
able to drag a file onto quanta and have it open for editing.
