Since this seems to be an on going problem who on this list has a step by step current list of how to enable
1 tv viewing 2 tv output 3 DVD to include monitor and tv output on an ATI All IN Wonder 7500 radeon (bonus points if its just install these rpms but ...) and yes i have the question asked at mandrake expert but it seems i would have to pay to even get "see figure 1" (side notes this system was using a Hauppauge tv card and intel 815 video)
