[Cooker] Screem and postgresql problems

Latest Cooker:

screem seem to need that magical glibc 2.3.2 :(( <- solved after recompiling.

postgresql does not comes with libpgodbc (those postgresql-devel could not be installed) and recompiling does not solve it, more the src.rpm depends of pam-devel but this dependency is not specifyed.
