All, I got the following msg while installing 2.4.20 from cooker on my box.
mke2fs 1.27ea (14-Mar-2002) mke2fs 1.27ea (14-Mar-2002) look like there was a problem, the default vmlinuz version is not the same of the initrd which mean you have a mdk kernel and not a mdk initrd you may go in trouble Ok now I've been working with initrd .. trying to make fb work here... no problem.... but... If someone needs help with the English on this one I'd be glad to help... If I knew what it is supposed to say. What I think it should be saying is. A problem may have be found. The vmlinuz version is not the same as the version of initrd. This may mean that you will have boot problems as initrd and vmlinuz aren't both mdk products. James
