Did you do the build with ibffmpeg0.4.6?
For a successful build I had to change:
%if %with_ffmpeg
--enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg=/usr --with-ffmpeg-tree=/usr/lib \
to:
%if %with_ffmpeg
--enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg=/usr --with-ffmpeg-includes=/usr/lib \
