If there's something going on, it doesn't appear to be from Mandrake's
side.  My syncs appear to be working ok.  Others within the organization
will look at it if the clamour gets too loud. :)

I have had the same problem.

I just looked at the above site ftp.surfnet.nl and the mentioned packages aren't there either:
/pub/os/Linux/distr/Mandrake/Mandrake-devel/

And they aren't on the two places I usually use for mirroring

carroll.cac.psu.edu

have also tried

sunsite.uio.no

and same result

Will try to find some other rsync mirrors to try
