[Cooker] why not proftpd 1.2.7 in cooker (=1.2.5)?

hi,

after upgrading some of our RH based servers from proftpd 1.2.5 to 1.2.7 I
noticed that cooker still has proftpd-1.2.5-3mdk

Is there a special reason for this, as 1.2.5 has some security issues?
