You upgraded your Mandrake 9.0 to Cooker or just the XFree86 and KDE rpms?
Xft2 is now part of XFree86 so if by chance you still have a Xft rpm installed on your system you dont need it anymore.

kdeinit: relocation error: /usr/lib/libXft.so.2: undefined symbol: FcPatternAddInteger

Was solved after removing following packages:
rpm -e Xft-2.1-3tex mozilla-xft-1.2.1-3tex mozilla-xft-flash-1.2.1-3tex mozilla-flash-6.0beta3-1tex mozilla-xft-java2-1.2.1-2tex mozilla-xft-plugger-1.2.1-2tex
