I can't confirm if it's Mandrake specific or not, but I can confirm that kuickshow crashes in slideshow mode when "scrolling" beyond the first of last files in the directory causes kuickshow (as found in kdegraphics-3.1-0.rc6.3mdk) to crash with signal 11. -C.S.
