as Dan Scott has noted, the instructions on that page are not very easily 
followable.

 What should I do with these packages this time ? (Until a followable page
exists.) Could someone more knowledgeable / experienced take *please* take
over these [src].rpm's and stick them into contribs / cooker / somewhere ?
