Yes, I am well aware. These give no language clue in the RPM name, so our troels... downloader is not to blame.

If not downloaded that's because they are not on the server.

Remember that the 9.1 beta 1 is only a single CD. Without downloading it (no intention to, sorry!) I have no idea of what subset of cooker Mandrake chose.
