I see the same behavior here: when the white cursor is over some colors, there is a strage black vertical line or two (it depends on the background) that appears near the right side of the cursor. And no, it's not just seeing a vertical line that's under the cursor, it's a legitimate artifact. I've only noticed it on one machine because most still have the default red cursor turned on. I'll have to try it on some of my other cooker machines when I get a chance. The machine it was observed on has a Matrox G400 Max card; if other people seeing this have Matrox cards, it might be a hardware cursor rendering issue. Wes
