I never got any colors at all on left side. I think the icon files are missing.... I have an nVidia Geforce2 MX400.PnP monitor used as that correctly. I checked and tested video via the summary video module access point, was 1024x768x24bit at test time without changes to what popped up in video config. So sorry, not fixed in beta2 as ISOd, with all video cards at least. Definitely needs to be looked at, and if fixed exactly what combo of ISO files needs to be changed??? And how does one build an ISO onesself, what does one do for ISO content lists??? I cannot retest install probs myself until know how to do these things well. Willing, lack the knowledge in detailed form. Right now, I need mirrored ISO sets, and am willing to grab and cut to CD-RW if they were available (I have and CAN burn up to 700 MB of data on high-capacity\high-speed Memorex CD-RWs with the burner I have in my box, and my inward data pipe is big enough that I can also download while doing other things reliably-- about 2 Gig per 3.5 hours of traffic time if I surf, read news, scan, and print and settle for ~=90KB\sec rates of the ftp feed with gFTP from KDE). So, can we freeze weekly or more often and mirror to cooker mirrors??? If we are already, would like to know WHERE. This system only lets an admin reopen, so am voting for a reopen.
