blank HD nothing else on it.
Running installer in the auto mode.
Reached the 'summary' section ...
Keyboard selection not displayed, blank button.
Click on button,
Select dialog comes up.
US keyboard selected.
Clicked OK
The selected US Keyboard tag is now displayed.
Confusing. This is the only button selection which is blank. I had selected
the US keyboard prior in the install process.
Repeatable.
This is a re-write and re-test for an incorrect bug submission #988
