description:
During the installation of 9.1 Beta, in the Basic install, I was selecting the
USB scrollmouse option on the first runthrough caused the installer to freeze
solid. I have a Logitech cordless optical mouse using a USB port. It was
detected as a USB Generic mouse, which doesn't include the middle button or
scroll option. I selected USB Scroll Mouse from the mouse device list, and the
installer froze solid - no mouse movement, no hard drive activity, no ability to
get to another virtual terminal.

The next time I ran the install, I was able to select the USB Scroll Mouse, and
the installer continued just fine.
