Well:  I thought I was using full Cooker when I reported this bug, but I've
tweaked my system a bit more since then, and somewhere along the way it looks
like the problem went away.  Sorry for the false alarm.

If I select package A, for which there is a dependency which needs to be filled,
I get a dialog box which informs me of this fact and shows me a list of the
packages which will have to be installed.  Now suppose I decide I don't want to
install package A after all and click "Cancel."  Next I select package B which
also has some dependencies.  Then the dialog box appears again, but it shows
both the dependencies for package B _and_ those for package A.  It looks as if
there is some internal table which should be flushed but hasn't been.
