Let them have the privelege of having the checkbox "Set Windows Password" unchecked by default. Otherwise, I can make you screenshots (since rdesktop works ...), but not today ... it's definitely time to go home ... Actually, looking at userdrake again, biggest issue is easily changing between user and group view, and lack of extra LDAP-only attributes. I will have to think and play a bit more ... but I wouldn't want to see the context menus disappear ...
