Hello,
Fixed with version kdebase-3.1-17mdk. Weird layout (the width
of the window would span on several physical screens), but at
least it doesn't crash and it does import the cert properly.

Hello,
When downloading your own self-signed CA-cert from your own
webserver, konqueror will replace the main window by a 'KDE
Secure Certificate import' window. So on the left menu,
you will have 2 tree items :
+ Client
+ Signer
your cert will appear under signer :
+ Signer
- Security Division......
Now when you click on this 'Security Division...' to get a chance
to actually import the cert, it will crash totally konqueror.

To reproduce this, simply put any of your home made CA
cert in the root of your webserver, then from konqueror :
http://localhost/myca.crt
then follow the instructions above.
