yep, was a broken howto-utils
i fixed it since, but i only rebuild english and french howtos since i had other
cleanups to do (i fixed the menu entries, ...)

instead of /usr/share/doc/HOWTO/HTML/es. The index page for the howto's
just has a link that points to the page itself.
