When trying to boot into 9.1beta3 install on cd1, I get an error stating "could
not open /proc/cmdline" if I boot using the default (alt0) kernel. Changing
boot options (acpi=off, text-only boot) doesn't seem to help.
I can proceed with the alt1 kernel however, but I'm unable to setup reiserfs
partitions, or use PCMCIA support.
The system this error occurs on is:
Toshiba Satellite 2805-s503 laptop
Pentium IIIm - 900mhz
Toshiba DVD drive
Geforce2Go video
