The problem does not appear during installation, but only during reconfiguration
with xfdrake.

Pb--> The "plug&play()" item has nothing in parenthesis.
This makes the user think that probing has not worked.
Expected behaviour: The ddc probe should be done *before* displaying the
"plug&play" item. And the result of the probe should be displayed in the
parenthesis.
