The packaging of the aterm rpm fails when it collects the %doc files.
Apparently somthing has changed in the handling of %doc files.
It fails like this:

I don't really care about the doc/README.Unix98PTY file, I'd rather have the FAQ
included. The specfile can be changed like this, and all is well:
