When installing RPMS from Installation CDs and the wrong/no CD is in the drive, it is
reports that (for example):
'There was a problem during the installation:
medium "Installation CD 2 (x86) (cdrom2)" was not selected
and prompts for confirmation "OK" then abandons the installation process.
This dialogue should, instead, prompt the user to insert CD{x} and select OK to
continue,
then continue with the install.
