i only thought about the *display* problem. I agree DrakX thinking it
is ntfs is a problem. I'm going to fix it.

and i've seen an ext2 partition which could be mounted as FAT (and
that's what mount(1) did) and resulted in an ugly mess :)

since alas magics are not always exclusive...
