Until now, all the mandrake releases has given me the same problem with the irda in my laptop, it is enabled and when I try to use the irda there is not way to configure it. When stop the computer, ever the same message: irda stop... faillure...
Now I have my laptop using 9.0 with the updated kernel from the club and the same problem still appears. I will not test the 9.1 beta kernels because I use diary the laptop to give clases (OpenOffice presentation) and it has just 4.2 gb of harddrive. But I would like the mandrake team give more attention to this subject. Thanks so much in advance Francisco Alcaraz Murcia (Spain)
