You can't be sued for releasing facts.  Please stop spreading FUD.
Unless you signed a NDA or some other requirement to keep it to
yourself.  I most definately have not signed any such document related
to this information.  And I have received it from several independent
sources.  (The only NDA I've signed with Mandrakesoft relates to
information that I receive related to security updates that are
non-public.)

But really since you don't know what I'm talking about you really can't
be making hypothetical statements about what the consequences would or
would not be if I were to release it.
