When I go to K > Documentation > Howtos Slovenian nothing happens. A browser
window with documentation should open. The current command for this entry is:
sh -c ' /usr/share/doc/HOWTO/HTML/sl/index.html'
I think it should be:
sh -c '$BROWSER /usr/share/doc/HOWTO/HTML/sl/index.html'
