First time I start up k3b everything is ok. But if I close it and start second
time, the window have no content. There are only toolbar and menubar, the
remaining window is blank. There are no file tree, no project ..., nothing. If I
remove config file (~/.kde/share/config/k3brc), everything is ok again. Or
remove content of section [Docking Config] from config file.
The problem appears only if I use localized version with accented chracters
(e.g. czech), eglish version is ok. It seems like wrong handling special
national chracters in config file.
