Thank you for the correct syntax.  I had it wrong.  Suspend-scripts seem
only to shut down the screen but not the box itself... now to see if I
can find some useful data for bugzilla. Again thank you.

This box won't even boot with FreeBSD 5.0 if acpi is active and in win2k
support is a total joke.. yes you are very right.

Or install it period.  The only way I got it working was by installing
it on another box and then moving that HDD to the box with that
motherboard.  I'll never (hopefully) have to do another winXP install.
