You can choose countries only corresponding to the available
locales on your system (the packages names "locales-xx"). If you
want to be able to set Belgium, you must install "locales-fr" and
then re-run localedrake.

You can always choose any country corresponding to the locales-xx
packages installed on your system, whatever language you chose.
