libsnmp0 incorrectly contains an Obsoletes: in its RPM spec for ucd-snmp. This
causes problems with strict RPM-dependence checkers (e.g. apt-rpm) since ucd-
snmp is installed, and the contents of ucd-snmp are definitely not a subset of
the contents of libsnmp0.
To correct, I suggest removing the `Obsoletes: ucd-snmp` line from the libsnmp0
package.
