I see no problem with the Galeon web browser (webmin-1.060-1mdk).
Hence it was maybe fixed in 1.060 or that may come from your
browser.

Found to exist in MDK 9.1 Beta 3
Using Webmin 's stuck settings, then changing to the CDE theme, results in this
problem:
MSC.Linux theme does not display text under menu icons properly.
i.e. 'System' displays as 'Sys
tem'
This was not the case in previous versions, while using this theme.
