Decided to try out the latest version of screem in cooker, hit a few snags:
1) error dialog in "tip of the day" - "Your SCREEM tips file appears to be missing! There should be a file called screem_hints.txt in the SCREEM data directory. Please check your installation." 2) Tried 3 times to e-mail this message - starting SCREEM locks up KMail ?? With screem open, hit new mail, go to enter the address and get as far as the c in cooker when kmail locks up. killing screem does not unlock it - have to kill it and restart it. - very weird. V.
