No, this depends upon the order of appearance of medium in urpmi.cfg, make
network medium bigger priority (beginning of file) and cdrom will be asked only
when the package on the net will be unavailable.

This is more of an annoyance than a bug.  urpmi some.rpm always asks for the disk 
the rpm is one THEN it goes out to the net and checks for a newer version and gets 
it.  Since it already knows the version etc from the hdlist.cz shouldn't it just go to 
the 
net straight away without asking for the disk first?  The further I get from the 
original 
beta3 install the more likely it is to get it from the net.
