Summary|Urpmi always asks for a disk|Urpmi always asks for a disk
------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-02-17 15:35 -------
No, this depends upon the order of appearance of medium in urpmi.cfg, make
network medium bigger priority (beginning of file) and cdrom will be asked only
when the package on the net will be unavailable.

This is more of an annoyance than a bug. urpmi some.rpm always asks for the disk
the rpm is one THEN it goes out to the net and checks for a newer version and gets
it. Since it already knows the version etc from the hdlist.cz shouldn't it just go to
the
net straight away without asking for the disk first? The further I get from the
original
beta3 install the more likely it is to get it from the net.
