Anyone who still uses a file system that only shows this should know
what it means. Maybe Windows should also show that you must 'cd
C:\Documen~1\' etc to find your setting?

I really do not think this is an issue.

95% of users use Windows, which will show it just fine. I do not think
Mandrake needs to worry about 0.1% experts who run OS2, I am sure they
can figure it out. But I guess changing the documentation all the same
would be nice.
